Helen Mirren y James McAvoy nominados. «TOP HAT»-“The Curious Incident Of The Dog In The Night-Time”, las favoritas. 

Los galardones de la 37ª edición de los premios Laurence Olivier, se entregarán el domingo 28 de abril de 2013 en el Royal Opera House en una gala que estará presentada por Sheridan Smith y Hugh Bonneville.

“The Curious Incident Of The Dog In The Night-Time” (“El curioso incidente del perro a medianoche”), dirigida por Marianne Elliott., con 8 nominaciones., incluyendo los de “mejor actor”, “mejor obra nueva” y “mejor director”. Esta pieza teatral se basa en una novela de suspense del mismo título sobre un niño que padece el llamado síndrome de Asperger.

La obra “The Audience”, inspirada en las audiencias semanales que celebra la monarca británica Isabel II con los primeros ministros del Gobierno del Reino Unido en el Palacio de Buckingham, acapara este año un total de 5 nominaciones a los prestigiosos premios teatrales.
